Introduction

With an IPLC / Internet Link, you can implement many cost-saving applications like email, data transfer, Voice-over-IP (VoIP) or even Fax-over-IP (FoIP) between HK & foreign country to reduce long distance communications cost. However, because of the burst traffic nature of email and data transfer, no matter you are using 64k or 128k or even higher link, the VoIP quality will be more or less affected and is thus hardly guaranteed. Concerning this problem, we provide a Bandwidth Management Tool for our customers so that they can fully utilize their link and hence GET more value from their existing IPLC / Internet Link.

Functions & Features

• Monitor your IPLC / Internet Link traffic 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Present the traffic usage pattern in easy-to-read graphical format via Web interface.
• Give you 4 typical plots including daily, weekly, monthly and yearly graphs so that you can fully understand your IP data network traffic pattern.
• Partition your IPLC / Internet Link into low-priority and high-priority path.
• Allow network performance sensitive data packets (such as VoIP data packets) to use the high-priority path to ensure the voice quality.
• Force the non network performance sensitive data packets (such as email or FTP data packets) to use the low-priority path.
